Weatherhead Hollow includes a curated collection of authentic farmstead décor items for couples to incorporate into their wedding weekend. These pieces are designed to complement – not replace – the rentals and design elements selected through your caterer, planner, rental company, or florist.

The following decorative items, found and hand made on the property, are included in your weekend wedding package:

Farmhouse Tables – six 14’ rectangular wooden farm tables handmade from trees on the property that seat up to 12/table (indoor only)
Round Tables – fifteen 72” round tables that seat up to 10/table (indoor only)
Sweetheart Table – 36” round
Vintage Chest –
- With lid: cake table, gift table, or memorial table
- Without lid: can function as a non-alcoholic self serve beverages station with bins full of ice (bins provided by us and ice provided by your bar service or caterer).
Signature Signage – one vintage 15 paned window for table seating layout, Guilford Slate table numbers with handmade wooden block stands, and handmade barn board signs for the property including parking, ceremony, and celebration
Flower & Lighting Vases – an assortment of antique and vintage medicine and whiskey bottles found on the property
Cider Barrels – authentic barrels fixed by the ceremony site for flowering plant arrangements
Chandeliers and Lanterns with dimmer capabilities throughout the barn
Rhythm Sensitive Party Lighting – colorful lights that sync with music and show off those fabulous dance moves
Indoor prep space for catering with commercial stainless steel tables (5’ long with backsplash), standard refrigerator, and stainless steel cold water sink
Ample electricity in the barn for catering, band, sound systems

The following rental items are not included in the weekend package and are typically selected through a local rental company, allowing couples to customize their layout, table settings, and overall look:
